I took the Italien out one Sunny afternoon in late August
to find a good location to take some photos with the sun setting behind
the car.

Colin Date, editor of Legendary Ford Magazine
wanted to see some sunset and sunrise photos with the Italien.

I found a perfect location at the rear of the Home Depot store.
Home Depot sits on a rather high hill here and the location at the rear would have been perfect
but...
The store security came out and shoo'd me away.
They said I was in a secure location. DUH.
There was no gate, just a wide open parking area at which I parked at the very rear of.
No matter, they wouldn't let me stay there another 15 minutes for the sun to set so
I had to move to another location that didn't work too well.

The following pictures were taken the next morning at sunrise on Brighton Beach
on Lake Superior in Duluth Minnesota.

This is the photo Colin Date, Editor of Legendary Ford Magazine
chose for the cover of the November/December 2007 issue.

This is the magazine cover.
